8. Returns, Cancellations, and Warranty Policy

In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations on distance selling, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without needing to provide a reason, provided that the product is returned unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories and documentation included.

Defective or Damaged Items in Transit: Because these are precision electronic devices, if your order arrives damaged due to transport or features a manufacturing defect, you must contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving the package) via our official support email. You must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect as well as the original packaging.
